General Maintenance

If your problem is not an emergency please call the office during working hours and we will schedule any necessary repairs and communicate the solution with you so you know what’s going on. You can also report a repair by calling one of our offices or emailing maintenance@clearviewuk.com.

Out of Hours Emergency

If it’s a genuine emergency and it's outside office hours, call the office line and leave a message, the line will be diverted to an on call member of staff who will get back to you as soon as possible. This service must only be used for emergency situations where the problem is affecting your safety or the problem could cause additional damage to the property if not attended to immediately.

Emergency call outs are expensive so you need to make sure that the problem requires immediate attention. If the problem is deemed as non urgent you may find yourself being presented with the bill for the call-out.

Whilst we are here to make sure that both you and the property are taken care of we ask that you use your discretion. Your safety is paramount so call for advice if you are unsure.
